Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Thank you for purchasing on Link On Air.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please read our refunds and returns policy.

The following terms are applicable to all products purchased on our site.

Interpretation and definitions

Interpretation

Words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined by the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return Policy:

  • Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Link S.r.l., Via Bruno Pontecorvo 10 – 00012 – Guidonia Montecelio (RM).
  • Goods refers to items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
  • Service refers to the Site.
  • The website references Link On Air, accessible from https://linkonair.com
  • User (also referred to as “the Customer”, “You”, “You” or “Your” in this Agreement) identifies the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such person access or use the Service, as appropriate.

Rights to cancel the order

The Customer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date on which the goods are received or on which a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of the withdrawal decision by means of a written declaration. You can communicate your decision:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the requested refund. If approved, you will be refunded no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise. We will use the same payment methods used by the User for the Order and the User will not have to incur any costs for this refund.

Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods have been purchased in the last 14 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • The goods must not show signs of wear or be damaged

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods packaged according to your indications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which by their nature are unsuitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
  • Goods that are not eligible for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been opened after delivery.
  • Goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Only standard priced items can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Return of goods

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you decide to rely on our shipping service, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the amount returned.

If you use your own courier, we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery of the return received.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a “gift” at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to the recipient of the gift, you will receive a voucher for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. Alternatively, it is still possible to request a refund on the account of the person who made the payment.

If the goods were not marked as a “gift” at the time of purchase, or the donor entered their delivery address, Link will pass the refund to the donor.
